All data not used for more than 365 days will be permanently deleted from our system.

We collect information relating to a user of the Platform and the use of our Services:

(a) Registration Information: information you provide to us when you register on our system.

b) "My Profile" Settings: You can view and change various preferences and personal data in the "My Profile" settings. For example, the language of the platform, the e-mail used for login, non-transactional communication preferences, account name.

c) Indexmenow.com data: we store your project data with the results for you. However, backups of proof of indexing are kept for 30 days

d) Subscription package + billing information: we store information about the package you subscribe to. We do not store any payment information. All payments are processed by our third party partner - FastSpring.

e) Other data you wish to share: We may collect your information or personal data if you submit it to us in other contexts.
