Applicable law clause: This contract is governed exclusively by French law, regardless of the buyer's country of origin or the place of performance of the service. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the publisher's registered office (France).

Indexmenow controls and operates its Service from its headquarters in France. The Indexmenow Content and products offered through the Service may not be appropriate or available for use in other locations. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

You represent and acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms, and that the information you provide when registering for the service is accurate, complete and that you have the right to use it. If you register on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You will also find a built-in system to check the indexation of your URLs. Thanks to this service, if a URL is not indexed after 10 days, you will be re-credited.

The indexmenow.com "Service", tools and API, and the API connection with isindexed.com are provided to you through the Site based on the purchased pack, including all software, data, text and other content made available.

indexmenow.com does its best to make the Service available, except for scheduled downtime or circumstances beyond our control. There is no guaranteed indexing ratio. The indexing rate depends on many individual factors.

If your requests do not comply with these terms of use, we will take strict measures such as terminating your account without notice. Certain content is prohibited under French jurisdiction, particularly illegal and/or harmful practices.

The indexmenow.com Service is made available on a pay-per-use basis with credits.

indexmenow.com uses the third-party intermediary fastspring.com to handle MASTERCARD, VISA and PAYPAL credit card processing.

5.1 – No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period. The contract is deemed definitively concluded upon the Customer's order placement. No right of withdrawal may therefore be exercised.

5.2 – Refund Policy

The purchase of indexing credits is firm and final. No refund will be made for unused credits.

indexmenow.com cannot be held responsible for system downtime, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held responsible for any predetermined estimate of profits that a client would have earned.

You use our service at your own risk. indexmenow.com is a powerful indexing solution for fast and mass indexing. We cannot be held responsible for any negative effects, penalties or filters.

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to delete any account, without notice, without restitution.
